Ms. Silvestri currently serves as National Chair of the Parent Committee for Phillips Exeter Academy, where she helps to create parent community and support fundraising efforts. Ms. Silvestri ’s commitment to education extends beyond her professional pursuits, through her Board position of the non-profit organization, 425 Tutoring.
Ms. Silvestri’s firsthand expertise in navigating the USA boarding school application process has been instrumental in successfully supporting students’ admissions to esteemed institutions such as Phillips Academy Andover, The Lawrenceville School, Lakeside School, and Phillips Exeter Academy. Ms. Silvestri ’s ability to balance her roles as an influential professional and a devoted parent highlights her exceptional commitment to fostering educational excellence for the next generation.
Dr Jason Zhao

Bringing over 10 years of experiences of overseas study planning to the company, Dr. Jason Zhao, with a Ph.D degree from University of Missouri, is now overseeing all operations for Educatius Group MetLife China Branch and Vice Director of international department in Southwest University.
Dr. Jason Zhao, originally from China, started his career in British Council and Trinity Collage London as a consultant. With his extensive management knowledge and international experience, in his 13-years long career working in education related fields across English Teaching, Evaluation and international schools, Dr. Jason Zhao and his team have already helped more than 1,000 families to find their way to American Ivy League or Little Ivies Universities. Under his leadership, Educatius Group China Branch saw significant growth in guest satisfaction and associate engagement.
